The Royal Canadian Theatre Company is offering more Youth Classes in partnership with the Clayton Community Centre. We are offering classes for ages 6-12 on Wednesdays for eight weeks. All children are welcome.
You can sign up your child for a Playworkers class, where they will learn to act, improvise, tell a story and work with a team to build short scenes and plays.
We are also offering Musical theatre where you will learn to act, sing and dance in a group and learn how to perform in a theatrical setting!
Click the link below or visit the surrey.ca activities registration page. You will find our classes under Arts -> Theatre and Acting. https://www.surrey.ca/parks-recreation/activities-registration
These classes are fantastic for bringing kids out of their shell, learning social skills and practicing the art of creation. Does your child want to create and tell stories? This is the perfect setting for them to explore that talent. Join us in September for an acting class made specifically for kids ready to create.
Connect with your community and discover our parks, recreation and culture activities and events.
