Note: Rental includes Studio, Studio Bathroom, Kitchenette, chairs and tables. The Shop is not available for rental due for safety. Any use of the Shop will result in termination of a rental agreement.
No rental will be accepted without presentation of current insurance certificate per Facility Use Agreement.

Additional Costs and Information
Cost Type | Description |

Damage/Security Deposit (required) | A refundable damage/security deposit of $500 is required to hold a date once a rental agreement has been sent to a client. Full payment is due no later than two weeks before the event. The deposit is refunded following the event (less any charges for any damages). |
Liability Insurance (required) | Liability insurance is required. You will need to include “The Royal Canadian Theatre Company” and “The City of Surrey” with a minimum of 5mil in liability. |
Janitorial Services (optional) | If you would like to have our staff clean up the studio after your event, then for only $150 our staff will clear and put away tables and chairs, sweep the hall, take out garbage and remove recyclables. You would only need to clear your personal effects from the premises- the rest would be done for you. |
