Slow Food tells the story of a vacationing couple who celebrate their anniversary at a Greek restaurant in Palm Springs—but will the marriage survive the service? As a needy waiter insinuates his way into their meal—and their lives—the couple examines their past and their future together.

Not so when your airplane was delayed, your rental car wasn’t there, and every restaurant in Palm Springs seems to be closed by the time you finally get to your hotel. This restaurant isn’t your first choice, and the waiter manning your table is probably your last choice. Come and enjoy the hijinks of a desperate couple trapped by a narcissistic waiter in this zany production while you enjoy an amazing 3 course meal at the incredible Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel.
