Ruth is the wife of Charles. She is very matter of fact and practical but also has an air of sophistication. She is a bit jealous of Charles’s relationship with his previous wife Elvira, who is deceased.
DR. BRADMAN

Dr. Bradman is a friend of Charles and Ruth. He is the doctor in the area, well educated and could be played as a contemporary of Charles or a bit older.

Mrs. Bradman is the wife of Dr. Bradman and a friend of Charles and Ruth. She is sweet, naive and a bit excitable. She’d like Ruth to see her as sophisticated but isn’t very good at pulling it off.
